At Home Decor Lo, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the names of the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile home accents are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned decor for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
